U.N. panel blacklists founder of Pakistan-based militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed: diplomats

A U.N. Security Council committee blacklisted the head of Pakistan-based militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) on Wednesday, after China dropped its long-held obstruction of the move, diplomats said.
